Job Description
Project Manager

Part-time 2-3 Days per Week 6-Month Contract £51,000-£62,700 pro rata

Our client, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong architectural background to join their team on a 6-month casual contract, working 2-3 days per week.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major development programme, managing key interfaces between design teams, contractors, and end users to ensure successful project delivery. A chance to deliver a Flagship Project with a value exceeding £40 million

The Role

Reporting to the client-side leadership team, the Project Manager will:

  • Coordinate and oversee project delivery from design through to construction.

  • Engage directly with end users to gather feedback and translate requirements into actionable input for design teams.

  • Manage and support contractor selection and procurement processes.

  • Ensure that design intent, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.

  • Maintain communication between stakeholders, providing updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Construction, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a client-side or design-led project management role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued over £20 million.

  • Strong understanding of design processes, stakeholder engagement, and procurement.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently on a part-time, casual contract basis.

Contract Details
  • Type: Casual contract (via agency)

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Hours: 2-3 days per week (flexible schedule)

  • Salary: £51,000 - £62,700 per annum (pro rata based on days worked)
