Job Description

They are looking to expand their already established team due to the number of projects they have upcoming over the next few years.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate architectural design and documentation for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Work on a wide range of large to medium sized projects across the residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality sectors
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
- Strong technical design ability
- Revit (Highly Desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, consultants, and teams.
- Experience and ability on site including coordination, supervision, problem solving and issue resolution.
- Ability to travel to site when required.
- Driver's License
