Project Accountant - Hospitality Sector

We are seeking a highly experienced and formally qualified hospitality professional to undertake a long-term temporary assignment within the restaurant and pub sector. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an individual who thrives on improving performance through robust systems, clear processes, and confident leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing operational practices, identifying what is working well, and implementing practical, sustainable improvements across the business. • Conduct detailed reviews of current operational processes and systems
