Progress Tutor: Elevate Student Outcomes & Employability

Tameside College in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a Progress Tutor for a 0.88 FTE term-time role (38 weeks, 36 hours per week). The post starts mid-August 2026 and offers a chance to inspire students to reach their full potential within a supportive college environment.

You will work with curriculum teams to deliver personal development, welfare and employability sessions, monitor progress and attendance, and help remove barriers to learning. DBS checks apply.
