The role supports the Community Services Manager in delivering quality, cost-effective services and developing individual programmes and activities aligned to users' choices and abilities.

Candidates should hold a third-level degree (min Level 7) or health and social care equivalent, with experience in disability settings, person-centred planning, and driving licence (2+
