Location: Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim

Our client is hiring a Programme Supervisor to support adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence, community inclusion, and personal development through person centred support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support service users to achieve personal goals and access community opportunities
• Develop and deliver individual support programmes
• Lead and support a team of staff
• Promote independent living and person centred planning
• Maintain high standards of care, health & safety, and service quality
• Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external agencies

Requirements

• Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care or related field
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities
• Full clean driving licence
• Experience with person centred planning and community integration
• Strong IT and report writing skills

Salary & Benefits

€39,120 - €47,484 pro rata DOE
