Job Description

Working exclusively with our client, a luxury travel company, we are seeking an expert Programme Manager who will be accountable for their Asia programme. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Asia destinations, be a high seller, and possess the ability to craft bespoke, inspiring experiences for high-net-worth clients.

In addition to the sales aspect, you will manage the marketing and content strategy and take full ownership of this region.

You will build and maintain relationships with DMCs, representation companies, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company values. Discover new products, attend training sessions, stay updated on trends, source and manage products, design sample itineraries, and maintain relationships with independent contractors.

  • Maximize sales and gross profit; meet revenue, bookings, and profit KPIs

  • Arrange and book high-value, tailored holidays to Asia
  • Liaise with clients and fulfill their requests
