A major organisation in the housing sector is partway through a multi-year transformation aimed at simplifying its operating model, modernising technology and developing its' people to deliver more effective services to its residents.
Description
- Plan and manage technology programmes from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Prepare and present programme updates to key stakeholders.
- Lead and guide project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Profile
A successful Programme Manager should have:
- A solid background in programme and project management within the technology field.
- Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in utilising project management tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
- Knowledge of the Not For Profit sector or a strong willingness to learn about it.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams.

Job Offer
