Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and execution of Encode's educational programmes, ensuring alignment with high standards and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Research and Programmes to innovate and improve programme offerings.
- Manage complex online and in-person events across various locations, including international venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, clients, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure their successful engagement.
- Coordinate with Operations, Talent, and other teams to optimize event logistics and participant experience.
- Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate (we offer future start dates).
- A strong desire to become a Programme Manager in a startup environment.
- Proven academic excellence (e.g., 2:1 or above from a leading university).
- Confident, innovative, and eager to assume leadership roles.
- Evidence of achievements beyond academics, such as extracurricular activities, sports, arts, research, projects, or work experience.
- Excellent social skills and demonstrated leadership in team settings.
- Motivated by our mission and interested in the Emerging Tech industry; a keen interest in Web3 is a plus.
- Curious, with unique hobbies or interests.
- Values of integrity, kindness, and supportiveness.
- Based in London, with a preference for those able to work in the office most days.
