Programme Manager

Encode is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the execution and expansion of our diverse educational initiatives, which include hackathons, accelerators, bootcamps, and educational events. We collaborate with top companies in Web3 and AI to organize programmes such as hackathons, bootcamps, and accelerators, designed to help talented individuals enhance their skills and careers. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the development and execution of Encode's educational programmes, ensuring alignment with high standards and strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate directly with the Head of Research and Programmes to innovate and improve programme offerings.
3. Manage complex online and in-person events across various locations, including international venues.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, clients, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure their successful engagement.
5. Coordinate with Operations, Talent, and other teams to optimize event logistics and participant experience.

About You

1. Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate (we offer future start dates).
2. A strong desire to become a Programme Manager in a startup environment.
3. Proven academic excellence (e.g., 2:1 or above from a leading university).
4. Confident, innovative, and eager to assume leadership roles.
5. Evidence of achievements beyond academics, such as extracurricular activities, sports, arts, research, projects, or work experience.
6. Excellent social skills and demonstrated leadership in team settings.
7. Motivated by our mission and interested in the Emerging Tech industry; a keen interest in Web3 is a plus.
8. Curious, with unique hobbies or interests.
9. Values of integrity, kindness, and supportiveness.
10. Based in London, with a preference for those able to work in the office most days.
11. Potential for rapid progression within the first year.
