Programme Manager - Health and Social Care Transformation

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a capable Programme Manager to support the development of a business case for future Discharge to Assess bedded requirements across the Leicester and Leicestershire landscape. You will plan, scope and manage the programme, using governance and financial modelling.

Applicants should have degree-level education or equivalent, experience in leading complex programmes, and strong collaboration with partners.
