Programme Lead, Women's Outlook - Dublin

The Service Manager for the Women's Outlook Programme in Dublin oversees daily operations and development, leading the team and working with the Irish Prison Service and Probation Service to improve outcomes for customers.

We seek a degree in social care (or CORU registered) with at least 3 years of management experience, strong supervision, needs assessment and case management skills, and the ability to drive service planning, documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
