Programme Lead - Early Language Support (ELSEC)

The ELSEC Programme Manager role in Hampshire will mobilise and lead the new Early Language Support for Every Child programme, ensuring safe and effective service delivery in line with system priorities.

The post requires collaboration with the Physical Health Leadership Team, Children's Services and other partners to embed sustainable, equitable services with strong governance and adaptive leadership across multi-agency settings.
