Programme Lead - Complex Systems Delivery

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering engineered and physical outputs across the full delivery lifecycle in Reading. You will oversee manufacturing, integration, deployment and in-service support, ensuring work is on time, on budget and to the required quality.

The role requires strong leadership across engineering, production and procurement, plus excellent customer and supplier relationship skills.
