Programme Director, NHS Efficiency & Transformation

Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Director for the Efficiency at Scale Programme, reporting to the Managing Director. You will lead large-scale transformation across CMPC trusts, overseeing productivity, procurement, and commercial strategy to deliver measurable efficiency and better patient services.
