Posted 9 days 8 hours ago by Bloomsbury Football
About Bloomsbury Football
Bloomsbury Football is a high-growth charity using the power of football to change the game for young people in London. Every week, we work with over 6,000 children across the capital, removing barriers to participation and delivering high-quality football programmes.
We're growing fast. That growth is powered by a relentless commitment to excellence on and off the pitch. We're building a world-class team to deliver world-class outcomes, and we're looking for people who are hungry to make a difference.
About the role
Our Special Projects programme exists to ensure that football is truly for everyone. This includes:
- Disability Football: delivering inclusive sessions for young people with physical or learning disabilities.
- Refugee & Asylum Seeker: providing safe, welcoming spaces for children who have recently arrived in the UK seeking sanctuary.
As a Special Projects Coordinator, you'll run the day-to-day operations of both types of sessions, ensuring they are delivered with care and quality. You'll also play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for the programme, working closely with the Senior Special Projects Coordinator and the leadership team to scale Special Projects in line with Bloomsbury's long-term strategy and our ambition to reach 20,000 young people per week by 2028.
This role is for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, embraces responsibility, and is driven by the opportunity to make a genuine impact at scale.
About you - who we're looking for
We're seeking a talented individual who fundamentally believes in the power of sports to enact social change. Everyone who joins Bloomsbury Football believes in the mission and goes above and beyond to help us achieve it. The successful candidate will have clear motivations for applying for this programme, as opposed to others, at Bloomsbury Football.
We need accomplished, driven, and conscientious people to join us and deliver our ambitious growth goals. The successful candidate will be someone with a proven record of getting things done and is now looking to apply their skills to a project they are passionate about.
