Salary: £29,244 (P.A) Hours: 37.5 (P.W) Closing date: Midnight March 29th 2026 Interview date: April 17th 2026 at our office in Preston

Do you have experience of managing volunteers? Experience of day-to-day service management? Do you have a good understanding of the challenges and issues LGBTQ+ people experience? Are you a self-starter who is well organised with excellent communication skills? Lancashire LGBT would like to hear from you!

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator responsible for service management, managing and recruiting volunteers and communications.

This role is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund until August 2027 with potential for further funding. There is also potential for promotion and progression in our charity.
