Programmatic Vendor Ops Lead - Enablement & Support

Spotify is seeking a Vendor Lead to bridge vendor support teams and the broader Ads organization across EMEA and JAPAC, serving as the programmatic SME within Vendor Operations. You will identify gaps, drive enablement, and partner with internal teams to elevate vendor support.

You will monitor metrics, manage complex escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to continuously improve the vendor support program and outcomes.
