Maynooth University seeks an outstanding academic to join our staff as Professor (B) in Health Design. The person appointed will have an excellent record in research, scholarship, publication, teaching and educational innovation, and academic leadership.
The appointed professor will be expected to make a strong contribution to teaching, research, and the overall profile of the university, and to provide ongoing leadership for the discipline.
Professors will provide significant intellectual leadership, demonstrating a commitment to both education and research, while contributing to the effective leadership and management of the department, faculty, and university.
This role provides an opportunity to shape our research, teaching and impact in the field of Health Design, supporting growth in education programmes, research grants, and research impact. It is one of three new Health and Wellbeing Professorships in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
