- HCPC registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in private hearing careA proven track record of delivering outstanding clinical and commercial outcomesA passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring othersExcellent communication and organisational skillsA forward-thinking, patient-first mindsetA full UK driving licence is required and ability to travel to practices across the Leightons estate and THCP partner practices in a defined radius
