Professional Indemnity Lawyer, 3+ years' PQE, Birmingham

Overview:
  1. This role calls for a driven individual to join an established Insurance Disputes team in Birmingham and handle a varied caseload of matters.
  2. Handling a caseload of professional indemnity matters, you will act for a diverse range of professionals including insurance brokers, lawyers, construction professionals, and surveyors.
  3. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience dealing with professional indemnity matters and possess a strong working knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedures.
  4. You will be a proactive team player, offering lateral thinking and excellent research skills.
  5. Confident in your ability to provide outstanding client care, you will demonstrate leadership skills and be comfortable supervising and collaborating with team members.
  6. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or legal executives with up to 6 years' PQE in professional indemnity matters.
