Job Description

We're seeking an organised, detail focused coordinator to support a Global law firm.

The role combines HR administration with hands on support for professional development programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, employment changes, checks, and documentation.
  • Support annual reviews, reporting, payroll coordination, and reference preparation.
  • Assist with legal training programmes - logistics, scheduling, invitations, records, and CPD compliance.
  • Help coordinate events, coaching initiatives, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and process invoices.
Ideal Profile
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Experience in a law firm preferred or professional services environment.
  • Flexibility to be office based in London 4-5 days per week.
