The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Production Executive to join our small, close-knit production team at our Manchester facility. This is a fully on-site, hands-on role at the heart of what we do - operating the machinery that brings our products to life. You will work across our capsule filling and liquid filling lines, operating both semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment to consistently high standards of accuracy and quality. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in precision and understands that the quality of what comes off the production line matters.
What You'll Be Doing Machinery Operation & Production- Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic capsule filling and liquid filling machinery in line with production schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning and maintenance alongside your teammates.
- Work accurately and consistently to meet production targets without compromising on quality or compliance.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
- Carry out in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specification at every stage of production.
- Maintain accurate and detailed batch records and production logs in line with GMP standards.
- Identify and elevate deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly and clearly.
- Work with the team to support production scheduling and ensure stock levels and output targets are accurately tracked.
- Experience with ERP or production management systems is advantageous and will be utilized in this role.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within FMCG, food, supplements, CBD, pharmaceuticals, or a related sector.
- Proven experience operating semi-automatic or fully automatic production machinery.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail - you understand that precision is non-negotiable in a production environment.
- Experience maintaining batch records and carrying out in-process quality checks.
- Familiarity with GMP principles and regulated production environments is a strong advantage.
- Experience with ERP or production management systems is desirable.
- A reliable, proactive team player who takes ownership of their work and maintains high standards consistently.
