Production Technician - Solution Preparation

For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for a Production Technician - Solution. This position involves the role of a pharma technician/production technician, operating production tools in accordance with GMP regulations. The solution prep department is responsible for the preparation and provision of media and buffer solutions, necessary for cell culture activities at the site. Activities include weighing components and dissolving them. The department is also responsible for production logistics: receiving and distributing single-use items, cleaning and autoclaving reusable items.FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Operate production equipment and perform IPC in accordance with GMP.• Execute production tasks according to the defined schedule.• Participate in maintenance and cleaning activities in the area.• Identify quality deviations and document them in quality systems.• Make oneself available and participate in executing the plan defined by the manager within the deadlines (theoretical and practical).• Train others in their area of expertise.• Perform activities related to batch processing: review and comment on exceptions, finalize records.• Execute equipment qualification protocols in the area.• Participate in continuous improvement efforts through the implementation of 5S principles.• Act as a role model for other team members to ensure timely production of batches and proactively propose solutions to problems.• Contribute positively to a strong culture of integrity, transparency, and ethics.• Act in compliance with legal requirements and company directives.REQUIREMENTS• Technical or scientific background (CFC or equivalent - Bachelor HES - DUT/BTS) in the field of industrial pharmacy or any equivalent experience in the biotechnology industry (minimum 3 years).• Shift work (+ weekends depending on the department).• Flexibility with schedules - occasional day work. jid6ec3aebaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
