Production Team Manager

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Production Team Manager to help support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing output.

This role would suit someone with solid experience in a production or manufacturing environment who is looking to build on their operational experience and take on greater responsibility. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly, we would welcome your application.

• Help coordinate day-to-day production activities to ensure daily and weekly targets are met
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and product quality across the production area
• Monitor production performance and highlight opportunities to improve efficiency
• Work closely with teams such as Warehouse, QA, and Supply Chain to resolve operational issues
• Support the onboarding and development of team members within the production team
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production area

• Experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and confidence working with colleagues on the shop floor
• An interest in improving processes and operational performance
• Strong system and IT literacy is essential, including confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
