Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading food manufacturing business with a strong presence in the UK. Based in Craigavon, the company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. With a focus on continuous improvement and employee development, it offers a dynamic and inclusive working environment where your contributions truly matter.
Your new role
As a Production Team Leader, you'll be at the core of production operations, managing a team of operatives to ensure performance targets are consistently met across safety, quality, efficiency, and service. You'll lead by example, driving key KPIs, maintaining high standards in food safety and hygiene, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Technical, Engineering, HR, and Planning, while embedding Lean principles and promoting team engagement.

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in people management or a supervisory role within a production environment. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential. You should be comfortable working with KPIs, quality standards, and technical documentation, and have good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office. A background in FMCG or food manufacturing, along with qualifications in HACCP, Health & Safety, or leadership, would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You'll benefit from a competitive salary and a permanent, full-time contract with fixed shift options (08:00-16:00, 14:00-22:00, or 16:00-00:00). The company offers excellent career development and training opportunities, a supportive and inclusive culture, and the chance to work in a stable, well-established business. You'll be part of a team that values innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and engagement.
