Production Team Leader - Automotive Manufacturing Excellence

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate day-to-day activities of a multi-functional production team, reporting into the Production Group Leader. You'll manage holidays, absence, EH&S and drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities include delivering manufacturing processes to targets and KPIs, supporting performance management, closing QCRs within 24 hours, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
