Production Support Lead - Lean Operations & People Leadership

Abbott Kilkenny is seeking a Production & Operations Leader to ensure targets and schedules are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and partner with HR and engineering to deliver site priorities.

Reporting to site leadership, you will manage two Business Support reports and collaborate across functions to sustain quality, safety, and delivery performance at the Kilkenny site.
