Production Supervisor -Days

Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor on behalf of our client in Carlow.

Permanent Days Role

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll lead the day to day operation of the production floor, supporting Team Leads, driving safety, quality and production performance, and ensuring targets are achieved.

Your New Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production teams.
• Ensure safety, quality and production targets are met.
• Monitor production KPIs and resolve day to day issues.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need:

• Experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor or similar.
• Industry experience: Food / FMCG, Packaging, Plastics, Heavy Manufacturing, Construction Materials, Automotive.
• Strong people leadership skills.
• Hands on manufacturing experience.
• CI/Lean Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
