Job Description
Production Supervisor

Location: Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford

Vickerstock is partnering with a fast growing FMCG manufacturer based in Enniscorthy to fill a Production Supervisor role. The position offers a dynamic, mentorship rich environment with opportunities for growth and promotion.

Compensation & Benefits
  • €40,000 + 20% Shift Allowance

  • Hours: 6am 2pm & 2pm 10pm (shift rotation Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday)
Your Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Supervise day to day production activities to ensure optimal flow through the process.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP standards, and work instructions at all times.
  • Monitor and achieve team and individual performance against output targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support cross functional collaboration to ensure the smooth running of the plant.
  • Participate in production planning and Health & Safety meetings.
  • Complete all required administrative duties accurately and on time.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring training needs are identified and addressed.
  • Provide cross training to enhance team flexibility and resilience.
Your Essential Ingredients
  • Strong manufacturing background in a high volume environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team.
  • Experience in manufacturing systems is essential.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Problem solving and decision making capability.
  • Positive, energetic, and flexible "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • IT literate with good planning and organisational skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ambitious and committed to self development.
