Job Description
Production Supervisor 
Location: Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford
Vickerstock is partnering with a fast growing FMCG manufacturer based in Enniscorthy to fill a Production Supervisor role. The position offers a dynamic, mentorship rich environment with opportunities for growth and promotion.
Compensation & Benefits- €40,000 + 20% Shift Allowance
- 20 Days Annual Leave

- Hours: 6am 2pm & 2pm 10pm (shift rotation Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday)
- Supervise day to day production activities to ensure optimal flow through the process.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP standards, and work instructions at all times.
- Monitor and achieve team and individual performance against output targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Support cross functional collaboration to ensure the smooth running of the plant.
- Participate in production planning and Health & Safety meetings.
- Complete all required administrative duties accurately and on time.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring training needs are identified and addressed.
- Provide cross training to enhance team flexibility and resilience.
- Strong manufacturing background in a high volume environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team.
- Experience in manufacturing systems is essential.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Problem solving and decision making capability.
- Positive, energetic, and flexible "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- IT literate with good planning and organisational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ambitious and committed to self development.
