Join a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of electrical products as a Production & Packaging Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the specific requirements of our customers, including major national retailers.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the process of transforming products through correct labelling, packaging, and configuration to meet customer specifications.
• Schedule and manage all product configuration and rework orders in line with planning requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 operatives responsible for relabelling and product reconfiguration tasks.
• Ensure all materials, packaging, and labels are available to complete jobs on time.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain standards in rework or configuration activities.
• Implement quality checks to minimize labelling or packaging errors.
• Monitor, track, and report on workflow, output, and progress against deadlines to maintain service levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production, rework, relabelling, configuration, or assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of the requirements for delivering finished products accurately and on time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and team workloads.
