Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8UG
Salary: £31,716 per annum, Band E, Level 3
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
About Role
Are you an organised, hands-on leader with a passion for production and quality? Join our Scout Store team in Lancing as our new Production Supervisor and help shape the future of our high-quality printed and embroidered products.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our busy production department, supporting the delivery of our expanding personalisation range and new bespoke printing service.
As our Production Supervisor, the Key responsibilities are:
- Plan and schedule production to meet demand and deadlines
- Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards and efficiency
- Maintain quality control processes and address issues quickly
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
- Assist with site management duties, including safety and compliance
What we are looking for in our Production Supervisor:
- Strong experience in production, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Knowledge of garment printing and embroidery (desirable)
- A confident leader with great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team player who can adapt to changing priorities
