Production Shift Leader - Flexible Hours & Profit Share

Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to own all aspects of team performance on shift. You will lead, organise and co-ordinate a dedicated team to drive quality and productivity, with a multi-shift pattern including days, nights and weekends.

The role requires an HNC in engineering/business or NVQ III in Supervisory Management, plus at least 5 years in a related environment and 1 year in a leadership capacity.
