Production Shift Leader - Drive Output & Safety

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Production Shift Manager for our client site in Mallow. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a large team of operators to meet production targets, ensure product quality, and uphold safety and EHS standards on site.

You will collaborate with Planning, Maintenance and QA to improve efficiency, implement CI initiatives, manage payroll, and prepare for audits while maintaining accurate records of training and performance.
