Production Section Manager - Fast-Paced FMCG Site Lead

Avara Foods is seeking a Production Section Manager for the Caistor site in North Lincolnshire. This factory role operates 7 days a week with a rotating shift pattern (Sat-Tue 05:30-18:00, Mon-Tue 05:30-15:00) in a fast paced FMCG environment, focusing on safety, quality and KPI achievement.

You will manage Team Leaders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strong data capture and adherence to policies.
