Production Reliability Lead

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. Not just keep it running, but build a system that scales. You'll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems for reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.

This hands-on role shapes processes, leads incidents, and grows the team, moving us from firefighting to proactive reliability engineering. You'll define SLIs/SLOs, monitor MTTR, and drive a reliability roadmap.
