Production Planner & Scheduler

We are looking for an organised and proactive Production Planner & Scheduler to manage daily order planning, production scheduling, and workflow coordination. You will ensure all orders are accurately prepared, scheduled on time, and delivered efficiently, acting as a key link between sales, stock control, production, and customer services.

• Review and prepare daily production orders using the ERP system.
• Check stock availability and prevent scheduling delays.
• Create and maintain production schedules aligned with capacity and priorities.
• Track order progress and take action to resolve delays.
• Coordinate closely with production teams and the Production Manager.
• Provide basic IT support for production equipment (printers, scanners, Raspberry Pi devices).
• Support process improvements and automation tools, including Python-based workflows.

• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Blindata preferred).
• Comfortable working with data and automation tools.
