Production Operator: Quality & Safety Champion

Forterra Building Products Ltd in Desford (Bagworth/Coalville area) is seeking a Production Operative to support the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standards and downtime is minimized. You will work safely within site procedures and contribute to kiln operations and daily targets.

The role requires no formal qualification but includes a minimum of 3 months supervised training, with competency checks, LOTOTO and broader safety training.
