Production Operator: Lean, Safe Manufacturing

LKAB Minerals in Scunthorpe is seeking a Production Operative to join our site teams at Flixborough or Bagmoor Lane. You will work with colleagues to run the plant safely and efficiently, meeting safety, quality, and production targets.

You will handle materials, operate equipment, and maintain housekeeping while following LKAB policies and relevant accreditations. A forklift, loading shovel, and driving licences are required, with a focus on continuous improvement.
