Production Operator Days

Production Operative - Days Location: Tredegar

We're recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and well run manufacturing environment in Tredegar. This is a full time, days only position with a stable weekday shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

• Monday - Thursday
• 07:00 - 16:45

About the Role

You'll be working as part of a skilled production team, supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring products meet high quality standards. Previous experience is helpful but not essential, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.

• Good technical skills and practical ability
• A reliable team player who can communicate well across all levels
• Strong quality focus and attention to detail
• Understanding of production processes is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Using mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues
• Fabricating components using tools such as milling machines
• Assembling products to specification
• Working collaboratively to support smooth production flow
• Following all health & safety procedures and safe tool handling
