At Barfoots, we're passionate about producing high-quality fresh vegetables for leading UK retailers. Every day, our Production teams play a vital role in ensuring our products are prepared, packed and delivered to the highest standards.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential-we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What you will be doing:

No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including:

• Sorting and grading products to quality standards
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working with your team to meet daily production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

We'll support you from day one with a comprehensive induction covering:

• Friendly and supportive team environment
• Opportunity to progress into Skilled Operator, Technical Operator and Team Leader roles

You'll be working in a temperature controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3 C-5 C). The role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
