Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Day shift


Working Hours:08:00-16:15 Monday -Thursday and an early finish on a friday totaling 37.5 hours

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business employing around 150 people and supplying specialist solutions to its industry. Due to continued growth, they're expanding and are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to build a long-term career.

What you'll be doing

Working as part of a friendly production team, you'll help manufacture and assemble specialist products. Your duties will include:


  • Following technical instructions and production documentation
  • Measuring, cutting and preparing insulation materials
  • Using jigs, templates and hand tools to assemble products
  • Producing high-quality work with excellent attention to detail
  • Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised work area
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Completing training to develop your skills and knowledge

We're looking for someone who is:
  • Practical and enjoys hands-on work
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable following instructions and processes
  • Good with DIY, carpentry, assembly or general handyman tasks
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • A strong team player
  • Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Committed to working safely at all times

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sheet metal, assembly or engineering would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Full training is provided.
