What you need to know

You will work as aTemporaryProduction Operativefor a company leading Ireland's innovation revolution in modern methods of construction. Based in theirmanufacturing facility in Carlow, you will support the production of high-quality timber frame and light-gauge steel components.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in the production process
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Work across multiple tasks to achieve delivery and quality targets
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality

What are we looking for?

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a "get it right first time" attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing experience an advantage, not essential
• Good level of English
