Production Operator

Our client, a leading timber manufacturer based in Buckingham, is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring bespoke timber products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Salary & Hours

• Hourly rate: £12.21 + attendance bonus 0.50 per hour when worked on the first weekly hours. After 12 weeks when permanent £12.21 + £1 per hour attendance bonus.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5.00pm, Friday 7.30am-11.30am
• Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Operate timber machinery safely and efficiently to produce high quality products.
• Monitor production lines, identify any issues, and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace while assisting the team with general production tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
