Production Operator

Location: Caerphilly

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour - £15.26

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shifts - Various shifts available:

Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm,

Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm,

7 days across 2 weeks including every other weekend, 12hrs 6am - 6pm

Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 00.00am

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operators to join a well established food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area. This is a hands on role working as part of a fast paced production team, ensuring products are prepared, packed, and processed to high quality and hygiene standards. This position offers long term opportunities and can lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a production line handling food products
• Packing, labelling, and inspecting products
• Ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Cleaning down equipment and work areas as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
• All candidates need to complete online food safety training (provided by us)
• Ability to work on a fast paced production line
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights
