Production Operator (Tube Wash) - Temp to Perm Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis with an immediate start available.

This role is based in a manufacturing environment and involves working within the Tube Wash area. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, hands on work and takes pride in maintaining consistency and quality throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading parts from trolleys into baskets
• Placing baskets into large tanks containing hot water and degreasing agents
• Removing and handling cleaned components safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

About the Role

• Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 12:15pm
• Weekly Pay
• 40 hours per week
• Temp to perm opportunity (initial 12-18 week probation period)

Candidate Requirements

• Previous factory or production experience is desirable
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
• Must be flexible to work shifts in the future if required
