Production Operator - Senior Role

PE Global are currently seeking experienced Production Operators to work in a Senior Process Operator capacity. These roles will be commutable from Cahir, Clonmel, Fermoy, Mallow etc.

These roles will be at a Senior Process Operative level within the site and will have responsibility for operating and controlling a highly mechanised and computerised production process. The successful candidate will be able to manage complex process systems, monitor plant performance, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production at all times.

These roles need someone who is able to be accountable and responsible and has worked in a similar capacity previously in a regulated environment. Prior exposure to Food or Ingredient processing is a huge advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring the process using automated systems
• Managing complex process conditions to deliver consistent quality and yield
• Identifying faults and working closely with the maintenance team to resolve issues
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and site safety standards
• Maintaining the production area to high standard at all times

The ideal candidate will have

• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Strong technical and process understanding
• Experience working with automated and/or computerised systems
• A proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement

Package

Hugely competitive hourly rate with shift allowance. Overtime rates for weekend working and other regular over time available.
