Production Operator - Moulding & Polymer Processes (Training)

Workforce Staffing is hiring a Press / Production Operator to join a busy production team. The role centres on transfer moulding and broader tyre manufacturing processes, with comprehensive training provided.

The position will start in Northampton for training and relocate to Alcester by Autumn 2026. Travel expenses are funded during Northampton training; once relocated, expenses are no longer provided. Overtime may be available.
