Production Operator - Hand Assembly

RH Fibreboard Containers Ltd is looking for a Production Operator to join the Hand Assembly team in Longwell Green. This role is responsible for manufacturing hand-assembled corrugated board products, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities, skills and experience

• Assemble, glue, laminate, fold, stack and prepare corrugated board products accurately and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, job instructions and product specifications at all times.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, damage or quality concerns.
• Use laminating adhesives, tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Complete production records, job paperwork and quality checks accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Report safety, quality, material or equipment issues promptly.
• Support colleagues and production priorities to help meet customer deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, hand assembly, warehouse or corrugated board experience is desirable.

Salary £13-£14 p/h DOE + attendance bonus of £35 p/m
