Production Operator - Food Factory (Temp to Perm)

Pure Staff Ltd in Loughborough is seeking a Production Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role offers weekly pay, a temp-to-perm path for the right candidate, and full training with on-site parking.

The position operates on rotating day shifts (06:00-14:30) and afternoon shifts (14:30-22:00), Monday to Friday, at £12.71 per hour. You will assist with cleaning, loading ingredients, operating equipment and ensuring product quality and hygiene standards.
