Production Operator - 4 on/4 off, Pension & Bonus

Müller UK is recruiting for a Process Operative at our Minsterley site within the Muller Yogurts and Desserts business unit. The role operates and runs the designated plant, achieving daily targets and maintaining GMP standards, with 12-hour shifts across 4 on/off pattern (days and nights).

Responsibilities include delivering production plans, operating equipment, controlling quality and safety, training operators, and ensuring handovers between shifts.
